THREADLIFT MODEL CALL
If you're interested in being a model for a threadlift training (and save money), then fill out the form below and upload a selfie (just a simple one with your smartphone).
Dr. Vuich is finalizing her online physician training module - "The Art of Thread Lifting Master Class" - in the next few weeks.
This is a module for physicians and nurses who wish to learn advanced thread lifting techniques.
We have 5 opportunities left for Thread Lift models.
Full thread lift regular price $3600 - Model price 20% off = $2880.
Thread lift procedure performed by Dr. Vuich, with video recording.
Requirements:
-Submit photo (simple phone selfie is fine) via the form below to determine if you are a candidate.
Dr. Vuich will personally review your request and once she approves you will get a link to schedule a slot.
Once you schedule your slot, you will pay a deposit of $900 which goes toward the cost of your procedure.
And we need a signed photo/video release form before the procedure.

On September 30th Dr. Lisa will have a visiting doctor who is learning advanced wrinkle relaxer techniques.
Jeuveau, or “Newtox,” is an injectable neurotoxin similar in structure to BOTOX®.
As the first new injectable treatment to hit the market in a decade, Jeuveau is manufactured by Evolus and approved by the FDA to smooth away frown lines and create a refreshed, more youthful look.
Dr. Navarra will be performing the injections under Dr. Lisa's expert supervision!
14 6 available appointments:
930am, 10am, 1030am, 1230pm, 215pm, 3pm.
Model price: 50 units for $450 ($9 per unit)
For 2 or 3 areas treated. Must prepay and accept an available appointment slot on 9/30.
If you need more than 50 units, you can purchase additional units that day at the same low price!
Save later too: you will also qualify for $40 off your NEXT Jeuveau appointment.
